Before we get in to the hows, let's talk about my whys. Why do I want to be healthy? Why does it matter so much to me? I want to be married someday and be sexy for my husband. And I want to attract him by being sexy. I want to have good health habits for the kids I have one day so I can be a good example. I want to live a full life and to be able to enjoy lots of things, and never be resricted by being out of shape. What are your whys?
